16 weeks 2 days today. Had doc appointment today. Only gained 2 lbs so far, so I have a ways to go :) Heard the heartbeat again today, very strong and very loud and very easy for doc to locate. Had more bloodwork today this time for cystic fibrosis, trisomy and downs. Still haven't felt any movements yet but doc said usually that happens between weeks 18 and 22, so I won't worry yet. Still feeling good, no issues so again this was a short appointment. Next appointment in 4 weeks I will be 20 weeks, half way ! Can you believe it????????? We have an ultrasound scheduled for that visit as well but, don't get excited we are NOT finding out the sex. Sorry but I want to be surprised and what could be a bigger surprise than that??
